We’re hiring two part-time positions: studio assistant + ecommerce assistant

STUDIO ASSISTANT / PART-TIME

REQUIREMENTS + RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Artistic or design background.

+ Coordinate sewing production - set and approve timelines, coordinate pickup and drop-off, communicate product specs, approve production at time of pickup.

+ Fulfill orders and manage shipping.

+ Prep dyeing materials, maintain dye baths, organize and keep space clean, work directly with Annabella to brainstorm new ideas and help create plans to reach production goals. Organize zero waste system, maintain an organized studio space that is visually compelling for open studio events and clients. Note: I will provide natural dye training.

+ Product photography, editing and styling shoots. Note: you do not need to be a trained photographer, shooting with an iPhone is fine. These are informal shoots, that do not require hiring talent.

+ Acts as a brand representative reflective of INDIGO & SNOW at events; creating a body positive and empowering experience for the INDIGO & SNOW community; Demonstrate extraordinary service by providing individual attention through styling and outfitting recommendations at events; Must be comfortable wearing INDIGO & SNOW apparel at brand events.

+ You're efficient and detail oriented with a self motivated work ethic.

This is part-time position, approx. 8 - 20 hrs./week. You will have a 1 hr. weekly mtg. with the Creative Director on Monday and one day/week, preferably Wednesday, to work independently. During the holiday season the ability to do holiday pop-ups on the weekends is required.

ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT / PART-TIME

REQUIREMENTS + RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Update brand website (Squarespace) layout to improve customer experience. Test out popups and banners to increase email capture and integrate video content.

+ Update Etsy site and integrate SEO. Research growth opportunities with Etsy.

+ Work with Creative Director and Studio Assistant to create monthly marketing campaigns. Campaigns will integrate Mail Chimp email (create A/B testing and specialized audience lists when needed), web banner for brand site, Facebook/Instagram ads, and occasionally print media.

+ Set up Facebook Store and set to automate with brand site.

Manage event calendar and promote upcoming events on Mailchimp, Squarespace and across platforms, i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Eventbrite etc.

+ Launch new product on brand site monthly. Incorporate video and multiple product images on product pages. Write engaging copy in brand voice. Incorporate SEO into product pages.

Launch and integrate reviews on website.

+ Add video content and tutorials to website.

+ Experience with SEO and Google Ads.

+ Ability to write in brand voice with correct punctuation, spelling and grammar.

+ You're efficient and detail oriented with a self motivated work ethic. Building engaging brand campaigns is your passion and you have a strong understanding of UX and industry trends.
