Workshop Withdrawls / Cancellations
If your notice of withdrawal from a workshop is received at least 5 business days before the start of your workshop, you will receive a refund of your workshop fee, minus a $25 processing fee.
There is no refund if your notice of withdrawal is received less than 5 business days before the start of your workshop.
Tuition transfers are treated like class withdrawals, and are charged a $25 processing fee.
If minimum enrollment is not met by the registration deadline, we reserve the right to cancel any workshop. If we cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Registration deadline will vary, but is generally 1 week before the start of the class.
Return / Exchange Policy
I currently do not offer refunds. Offering refunds is tricky for a made-to-order business model and for a small business, as far as maintaining financial sustainability. I am confident in the pieces I make and if you are not happy with your purchase - let’s make it right! I am happy to facilitate an exchange for a store credit. I accept returns for pieces that are unworn, unwashed and in good condition within 14 days of delivery/purchase. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the return process started!
We are happy to help facilitate an exchange for you! We are able to accept exchanges for garments that are unworn, unwashed and in good condition within 14 days of delivery. If you need to exchange a garment you received, email us email@example.com and we’ll get everything taken care of for you!
We do not accept exchanges on custom orders - unless it a result of our error or your piece arrived damaged.
All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of the original ship date for an exchange or store credit. I offer complimentary return shipping on exchanges for US orders only. We do not refund original shipping costs.
Note: due to our made-to-order business model, you will be notified of current lead time after we process your exchange, lead time can range from 3 - 5 weeks.
